Very professional and friendly

Professionals ProWest were our real estate agents for three years while we rented in Applecross. My wife and I found all staff that conducted inspections, helped with apartment break downs and emergency situations to always be helpful, timely and returned phone calls if no staff were available. Other than auto reminders for one day maybe two days late rent (usually when financial year ended and sometimes my fault) or several inaccurate auto-texts about rent due that had been paid (maybe the AI code is a little unstable running on AEST), we found the staff and company to be very professional, diligent and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
