From start to finish, Monique was a dream to work with. She knew the market inside out and was able to recommend a strategy that would get us the best price. We were selling an investment property from out of state, and Monique took on a lot of the responsibility of sorting out the niggling little issues that needed to be fixed before the sale went through. She seemed to know just the right people to get things done quickly and professionally. She arranged to stage the house with a great local company, which added enormously to the quality of the presentation photos. We got several offers and she negotiated the sale price above our expectations and all within about 24 hours of it going on the market. I cannot recommend Monique highly enough.
