Fantastic Agent!!!
Excellent communicator, honest negotiator, hardworking and patient would sum up my experience dealing with Michelle. The negotiation stage of the process was matter of fact and we felt Michelle acted professionally and courteously toward both parties, we could see that Michelle had the Vendors best interests at heart which we respected greatly. Unfortunately our offer was accepted a few days prior to Christmas creating issues with availability of banks, solicitors, pest & building etc Michelle and the crew at Elders Shellharbour Village remained contactable over the break despite holidays of their own with Michelle displaying great patience yet urgency where needed to ensure exchange of contracts took place to suit both parties. Our experience with Michelle was fantastic and I would highly recommend her as an Agent. Thanks Michelle!!!!

Michelle Mannex is the perfect agent! She has a very professional approach to the sale of your home as well as being a personal, approachable and reliable agent. If she says she will call you, it's a guarantee that she will. Michelle was always willing to do whatever she could to help with the sale of our home, and even after the sale, she was there to ask all the questions we didn't understand. Michelle also has a great team behind her, an Actioneer as an option of sale, a mortgage broker to help organise finances as well as support colleges that always past on messages, and Michelle would always return any calls. You couldn't ask for anything more!
