The journey started well. We had lot of inputs and set expectation given during initial setup and process. The property manager assigned appear new to industry. The property manager just deliver what was expected. As a first time landlord there was not much inputs or suggestion provided. Communication was very good. The agent was approachable. Overall, it was just above average experience.
