Not welcoming first interaction
Not happy with my first request as agent invited me in an arrogant way to pay for the replacement of toilet seat covers that were in a degrading condition. After an argument she let me change them and still manage to not reimburse me full amount. Refund were still short $22, to tell you how there are. And an other thing 1 one the room condition were hidden ( very nauseating smell)
