Last step of the journey

Our house has a great tenant in the end! The professionals were professional and organised everything well. Some things that could be improved from my perspective. When you speak to first manager at no stage was there a mention of another manager taking the job. This was only mentioned after signing. Then this manager isn’t always at the home open a letting agent is. Again this was never mentioned. So what worried me was that things I told to the first agent doesn’t translate to the third agent. Also the letting agent didn’t lock up at a home open so again he/she doesn’t have the owner in mind to make sure the security of the place is attended to. Even if the first agent isn’t going to be your manager potentially the manager you are getting should be introduced at signing. I was also very surprised home opens weren’t done during times people could come after work or on weekends They were done at 2/3 in afternoon. I believe hindering more people viewing the home. My other agent did it on weekends where by getting heaps of applicants coming through. I’m very happy with my tenant. Thank you for helping me sign.
