A real professional in every sense of the word! One of the rare ones...

I had bought and sold a few properties in the past and never really had any good dealings with any real estate agents so I was determined to find the 'right one' when we decided to sell our home. After meeting with several agents in the area leaving me feeling less than enthusiastic, I met with John and knew within 60 seconds that I would have him sell our home. He knows his stuff, guides you without being pushy and genuinely believes in what he is doing. He also has enough strategies up his sleeve to adapt the sale to any situation. John did everything he said he would and stuck to his word, he ran all of the open inspections and didn't just send a junior agent to open up, he conducted the auction, took buyers through when he was on holidays and handled the sale in a way which made us and the buyers feel extremely comfortable. I never thought I would say this about any real estate agent but, I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone contemplating the sale of their property. Would I sell with John again? Absolutely!
