Outstanding Agent

I have bought and sold property over the years and have worked with a variety of agents. Most get the job done. I recently sold a property in Dianella and worked with Tim Priest- who has been the singularly best agent I have ever worked with, he may actually be the best agent in WA. Tim worked hard! That is not something you can say about every agent. He went above what was required and checked in with me regularly. He is a man of integrity, he is judicious and he is kind to people both sellers and buyers. In the current market, although buoyant selling and buying is still a precarious process for those involved. Tim helped me with contracts and negotiating with other agents. He prepared me for the process and spoke to me about requirements. He had the property listed and sold in 8 days for the price he told me it would sell for. I could not recommend him more highly.
