•The unit I was looking to buy was clean, aired, balcony open, ready for my private inspection as I work late. All questions were known and answered then and there. There was no ‘I’ll have to get back to you’ responses. She knew it all. Tress helped me with advice on how to make the best possible bid application I could. It only took 24hours and the contract was signed, although I suspect she helped with negotiating that as well. I’ll be moving in soon and Tress has offered to help me with my new ‘look n feel’ as I'm quite useless in that regard. ***Service and beyond!!!I ** I will use Tress again for my next purchase and recommend her and partner Steve to everyone!! Honest, reliable, professional, supportive, understanding and the list goes on.
