Sue, my property manager for my unit has done outstanding job in getting my unit ready for new lease when my previous tenants broke the lease. There were a lot of fixes needed and she obtained all the necessary quotes and got them organised and made it ready for home open in a short time at a new market rental rates and gotten a new tenant quickly as well. Very impressed of her works !
