Excellent

Paul is very knowledgeable of the Bassendean area market. He helped us through the presentation of our old family home , as to what was needed to be done, and what should be just tidied up for marketing. There was a bit of a problem with deadlines being met during the sale and he was very proactive and helped get us through them and still achieved original settlement date.
