Straight shooter - Won't try to scam any party (Buyer or Seller) like some other REAs in the wild

As a purchaser, we had a positive experience with Rajesh. He didn't pull any scammy sales tactics on us like telling us there are "supposed" other offers and that we need to up our offer. He straight away told us we needed to be eithin the estimated price range, presented the offer to vendors when we made one in writing and got all of our issues addressed from the building and pest inspection. He was always open and honest in his communication.
