TERM & RATE
Standard term: 3-month furnished accommodation agreement — A$1,600 per week, fully all-inclusive (electricity, water, gas and 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, based on reasonable residential usage). No hidden costs.
Shorter stays (less than 3 months ): available on request at a premium weekly rate.
Beyond 3 months: extensions by mutual written agreement (no automatic renewal).
Secure parking: A$100 per week (optional, subject to availability).
Itemised invoice provided for company expense and reconciliation.
