This as-new, air-conditioned Studio is compact, private, ground floor, and in a great location – a quiet, quality street close to everything including the train station. Hawthorne Park, the new Luxe cinema, and a great collection of restaurants and shops are all within a few minutes’ stroll. Or perhaps take a quiet walk along the river. The City and Airport are both just 15 minutes by car.
The Studio is relatively small, and optional free furnishings include a good-sized fridge and single bed. Alternatively, there is space for a larger bed, as shown in the photo. Free Wi-fi and access to a laundry, including a washing machine and drier, are also included in the rent. Complimentary linen, crockery and cutlery are also available. The studio kitchenette includes a SMEG ceramic stovetop, and a combination convection oven/microwave.
Please do not contact me unless you are at least 26 years old, and have an excellent, verifiable tenancy history. And sorry:- but definitely no smokers, pets, couples, or people who are not working. This little studio will provide an excellent, quiet base for a mature, single person, and it will be leased for 12 months or longer.
