Doonan is a suburb in the Noosa Hinterland with properties with acreage. It is centrally located. There are many old trees and plentiful wildlife. It is quiet and a great place to relax out of the hustle of Noosa but still be nearby so you can assess all that Noosa has to offer.
Noosa is 10 minutes away and Eumundi 5 minute's drive.
The property consists of The main house which has a main bedroom and another bedroom. The main house has its own a bathroom with separate toilet and open plan kitchen and living area.
There is also a separate studio near the house that has its own bedroom which leads out onto a deck and it's own separate bathroom. You could use this space as a 3rd bedroom for or as an office.
The house has a king bed in the main bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom.
An open-plan kitchen and lounge look out onto the tropical garden. There is a big outdoor undercover area with can be used for meals/BBQs or relaxing. There is a verandah on the other side that looks out to the pool and garden with outdoor seating. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the garden and watch the huge array of bird life.
The pool is on the terrace below the house, only a few steps away. After a day out, come back to relax and maybe have a fire pit under the stars. There is a big netted veggie patch to use with many vegetables and herbs etc.
Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Huge array of cookbooks and utensils. Get inspired with Eumundi markets and Noosa farmers markets nearby.

The main house with the pool area will be exclusive for you to use. We live down a driveway on the property but are private from the house. You will not be disturbed. Your privacy is important to us.

There is a world-class mountain bike track 5mins down the road, Noosa river and hiking tracks nearby. Excellent restaurants and cafes, Eumundi markets, hiking..it is all at your doorstep.
Dogs may be allowed with approval from owners.
Rental is available from the beginning of July to mid-Dec 2023. (Have some flexibility with the dates.)
