Located in a quiet street in Acacia Ridge, these private studio apartments are designed for single NDIS participants who value their independence while also having the opportunity to connect with a community of other participants.
NO SPECIFIC TYPE OF NDIS FUNDING REQUIRED
You do not need a specific type of NDIS funding or a particular support category to enquire.
To be eligible, you simply need to have an active NDIS Plan that is either self-managed or plan-managed.
COMMUNITY & ON-SITE ACTIVITIES
Living here means being part of a community of other NDIS participants, with regular social activities and events held on-site, providing opportunities to meet others and build friendships.
Activities may include:
- Movie nights
- Games nights
- Halloween events
- Community celebrations and social events
- Regular opportunities to connect with other participants

Each private studio includes:
- Private bedroom and living area
- Private bathroom
- Kitchenette
- Wardrobe
- Air-conditioning and ceiling fan
- Some studios include a private balcony
- Communal laundry facilities
- Additional communal kitchen and dining area
- Outdoor smoking area

Your rent includes:

A disability support office and staff room are also located on-site for Care & Compassionate Disability Support.

- Accommodation is available to NDIS participants only.
- Only one person may reside in each studio, in accordance with applicable council and fire safety requirements. Couples are not permitted.
- Small pets considered.
