This is a private home, suited to people looking for a genuine home base in Sydney who will appreciate the character and care that comes with an older heritage property.
Things to know. There is no air-conditioning but the house is very well insulated and, being double brick, stays reasonably cool even on hot days. There are ceiling fans and floor fans. In winter the hydronic heating keeps the house very warm, without excessive bills. Wifi included. Electricity and gas are additional by reimbursement. The house is well located near shops and transport, walking distance to beach. There's a carport for a small car. The garden is a semi 'dry garden' - no lawn to mow and fully irrigated - a gardener/cook's garden with herbs, lizards and birds. The TV and robot vac are both dumb not smart.
