We have had our rental property for fifteen years and over this time it has not ever been vacant and most importantly we have not had any bad tenant issues. I thank our property manager for carefully checking potential tenants and efficiency in finding them. When ever a maintenance issue occurred with the house we were notified and the agency quickly arranged for it to be sorted. We have found Katie and her staff to be very personable people, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable in their trade. The overall experience of being a Landlord has been a good one and I largely put the down the professionalism of Property Plus.
