"Absolutely recommend these guys."

My wife and I have recently had to go through a difficult sale of my mother in laws rural property and I am very glad that I made the decision to go with Property Plus. I was originally going to contact another agent but decided to have a look at who had been selling properties in the area and it was clear that Property Plus knew the (small rural) area well as Di has sold a number of properties in the area in recent years. Nathan is a genuine down to earth guy, who while easygoing, has a can do attitude which made things much easier and less stressful than I was expecting. While most of my dealings with Property Plus were with Nathan, Di did a lot of hard work behind the scenes and was instrumental in getting the deal done. The property required some work to get up to selling standard, and Nathan was a great help in regards to finding tradespeople for various jobs as I am not from the area. Being a large acreage, it required quite a bit of cleaning up for the new owner and it would have been a nightmare if not for the assistance of Nathan. I don't leave a lot of reviews, so the fact that I am going to the trouble of typing one shows that I would absolutely recommend these guys. I am glad I took the extra time to look at who I was going to list with as I believe it made a huge difference to what could have been a much harder and stressful situation. So 5 stars all the way from us and thanks again Nathan and Di.
