About Don

Don values partnerships. He believes that relationships with strong foundations of mutual respect, reward, investment and risk will almost always transcend transactions. Over the past few years his focus has shifted from building to leading and is really enjoying helping others learn, develop and grow. Lastly, Don tries to drive results through an ethos of continual improvement. Don originally arrived to Sydney from Canada to check out the Olympics. He is also now a proud Australian. Having lived all over Mosman and Manly, he loves everything that involves the great outdoors. He is passionate about skiing, kayaking, shooting-hoops, swimming, hiking, camping and the list goes on and on. Most importantly, Don is a proud father of 3 growing Aussie boys and will do just about anything to spend time with them getting amongst it. He is known by friends, family and colleagues as having a vivacious love of life and understands that without a struggle…there is no victory.

Brody understands the importance of building strong, long-lasting relationships to assure the best outcome is tailored towards everyone. Brody is eager to absorb and develop within the Real Estate Industry. With strong technology skills paired with exquisite communication, Brody will strive for all partners to receive high-quality service. Brody’s interest in Real Estate germinated from his parents buying and selling homes on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. On a personal level Brody enjoys sports, travelling and spending time with friends and family. Get to know Brody! Brody is a kind-natured individual who was raised in the Northern Beaches and loves to be around his friends. Whether it’s playing sports or going to the gym during the day, or meeting for a barbecue at night, Brody thrives in maintaining great relationships. Brody can’t get enough of sports and when he’s not at work you will be sure to find him either playing or watching soccer or golf somewhere. Brody loves to travel and has many places still to tick off the bucket list including snowboarding in Japan and exploring the landscapes throughout America. Before joining the Property Providers team, Brody worked in sales with the similar aim of guiding customers with the best possible solution catered to their needs.

About Michelle

Michelle has amassed over 20 years of experience managing Trust accounts. She began her professional journey in a legal firm on the Gold Coast, where she handled the largest Trust Account in QLD. After starting a family, Michelle transitioned into the travel sector and managed a trust account for a decade before moving into Real Estate in 2020. During her tenure in a Real Estate Services company, she managed over 50+ trust accounts on a daily basis and worked collaboratively with Licensees and Auditors to reconstruct and investigate Trust Accounts.

About Maria

Experienced administrative professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry, manufacturing, distribution and real estate both local and offshore. Skilled in timekeeping & payroll processing, data analyzation, executive reporting and accounts management. Strong administrative professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused on Business Administration and Management at the University of Caloocan City (state university).

Quality profesional service

I have been using Property Providers now for over 5 years as I am living abroad. Although slightly high on the costs side, they have always been professional, helpful, and efficient in discussing or dealing with any of my concerns and questions, vetting of proposed guests, and organising maintenance or repairs when necessary. They truly look after me and my property and I have the utmost confidence in them as my property managers. They have a great team. I wouldn’t use any other Company.
