Overall it has been a plesant experience...

Overall it has been a plesant experience working with Sophia - she provides timely feedback on the open house sales and suggested alternative ways to boost interest on the property by styling, etc HoweverI must say I am disappointed on the sale price achieved, the initial discussion sale target was $600-620K per Agency Agreement signed in March 2024 and subsequently the Sale Contract signed in Aug 2024 was $520K - drop by $100-120K. I believe the price expectation could have been managed better and be open & upfront from the beginning.
