100 year old house sale.

I've worked with Licia on 3 house sales. This house was a bit more unusual to sell compared to the others. The market appraisal was too high for a while, even though the realestate.com indications said otherwise. So it took a while longer to find suitable buyers. Licia throughout the process was available either through phone, text or email. She also ensured to be present on electrical and building inspection appointments as the house was standing empty. She was an integral link between me and the buyer. I appreciate her professionalism, her work and would definitely recommend her.
