Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Dealing with Joe was an absolute pleasure. As first home buyers the experience was very daunting however Joe made the whole process extremely enjoyable. Communication was second to none and he was very helpful answering any questions we had. When issues arose with inspection or finance he was incredibly understanding and steadied the ship to ensure everyone was kept in the loop and we kept moving to settlement. I would highly recommend dealing with Joe, I think his experience shines through in his approach. We love our place but will keep him in mind for if we ever come to sell as I imagine the seller had a similar experience to us.
