Excellent communicator with strong local property market knowledge

Jamie is a highly effective and timely communicator, dealing respectfully and effectively with my very elderly father as vendor, as well as with my brother and me, and with prospective buyers. He displayed strong local market knowledge, very effective negotiation skills, and was highly professional throughout the process. He kept us right up to date throughout the campaign. The sales result that Jamie achieved was in a relatively short timeframe, and probably as good as we could have achieved in all of the circumstances and in what were very challenging market conditions.
