We purchased 4/8 Point Cartwright Drive in 2002 after viewing at open home because we were blown away by the magnificent views from the rooftop entertainment area. There are 320 degree views from the Glasshouse Mountains in the south to Coolum in the north and at this time of year looking over to the beach and ocean it is not unusual to spot a whale heading North.
We planned to make use of the mixed use residential zoning and to work from home. We ran a successful small business for 5 years and are only selling because a too-good-to-refuse work opportunity in the city was on offer.
The location is fantastic, across the road from the beach, a surf at lunch time was a regular event. The walking/running tracks of Point Cartwright, parks and local cafes meant an active outdoors lifestyle.
It's no wonder the locals are friendly and out walking and surfing as well and that people choose this location to have wedding photos taken.
