Property Wise Launceston helped lease this property

Great, Easy, Professional Service

We recently bought a property in Launceston. We live in Melbourne and are not very connected to the Launceston property market. It is an investment property for the time being. The real estate agent recommended the services of Property Wise Launceston. We initiated a discussion and soon realized that they would be a great option for us to manage our property. Within a week the property was listed, photos were available and we settled on a rental return. Within another week the property was rented. This was achieved easily, the paperwork was completed online and the whole process has been great! Overall a very professional, polite, and efficient service. We receive emails when something needs to be done on the property and they provide their opinion on what should or should not be done. We highly recommend Property Wise Launceston!
