Most honest, knowledgeable and reliable Real- Estate Agent I’ve met ( Yes it’s true)
I purchased my new home through Daniel Sheehan of Property4you and have nothing but positive things to say about his service, his manner, and more importantly, his integrity. I have an inherent disinclination to interact with real estate salesmen, so it’s hard for me to write this! Daniel, however, does not portray the traits I apportion to ‘salesmen’. I always felt comfortable dealing with Daniel, he displays a genuine interest in satisfying the buyers needs and wants, provided helpful information especially for the first home buyer, and a video of the property that I could share with my family interstate. I never felt unduly pressured by Daniel when making offers or negotiating prices. Daniel even offered his time before and after the transaction took place, ie. ensuring I fully understood the sale process, signing of the contract, timeframes required for each process and answered my questions clearly and concisely. Daniel is a real-estate agent I would happily interact with again to sell or purchase a property. And finally, thank you so much for the beautiful hamper I received from you on the handover day.

Daniel was everything I expected from an agent and he surpassed his duties to suit my needs.
My experience with Daniel as a buyer prompted me to call him when I decided to sell and he DID NOT disappoint me. His professionalism yet friendliness made a huge difference during the process. He not only explained it to me step by step but he also listened to me carefully making it easy to organize a sale that would satisfy not only me but eventually the buyer too, making sure that the sale was a win/win situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him because he also sold my unit the very first day that it went on the market on an open day. No one can expect a better outcome! I will give him a 10 out of 10.
