Warmth and Class

I’m naturally sceptical about all sales people in their many forms. Jodie has helped to open my eyes to the possibility that not all sales people are in it for themselves or the quickest, easiest way to close a deal. My wife and I met Jodie as potential buyers whilst inspecting an open home and immediately invited her to give an appraisal on our property. She was professional, open-minded, understanding and knowledgeable without being forceful. Rare qualities within the industry in my experience. Jodie provided useful advice in regards to where to spend our valuable money during the sprucing-up, preparing to get to market period, staging for best appearance, choice of open times and consideration of offers. She was emotionally available when required and a logical sound board when the tough decisions needed to be made. Nothing was ever rushed or too much trouble. No question too obscure nor request beyond her scope. Jodie has truly changed my mind about the sales industry in general and one-of-a-kind when compared with those I’ve met within Central Coast real estate.
