Trust, Integrity and

I initially met Brendon at an open house. The first thing that struck me about him was his approach. He took time to ask the right questions and see if the house was a fit. At no time did it feel like a hard sell. I did not feel rushed while I inspected the house multiple times, and found Brendon to be so approachable. I was so impressed with Brendon, that when it came time to sell my home, he was one of five agents I approached. During the initial stages, he showed a genuine interest in what we wanted to achieve, he took time to prepare the perfect sale strategy and not once did he talk about the other agents in a negative way (as they had done). He simply focused on what he is so good at and that is selling houses. The proof of his approach in in the fact that we sold within 7 days. After the open house and private inspections, he called immediately and gave clear and concise updates on the inspections. He confidentially spoke to potential buyers and negotiated a fabulous result. We now have our dream home and should we ever wish to sell, Brendon would be my first choice.
