Do yourself a favour, you won't regret the decision!

If you're contemplating hiring Susan, "Just Do It" ...If you want to negotiate commision rates "Don't" Susan works so hard for you and is worth every cent ...so don't be cheap! We've sold a total of seven properties and I have to say that Susan is the best I've ever worked with. She has a dogged and tenacious energy and a desire to truly work for you...the VENDOR. So respect her talent and pay her fee for service, as she will earn as much money for you as physically possible. Susan is really down to earth and was always in communication with us, we were never left guessing. By the way....we achieved well above our ceiling price, all due to Susan's effort's and I know if we went with some other rep, I'm guessing we would have missed out on an additional 40-50K. So do yourself a favour and "JUST DO IT".
