Susan was the only agent to actually ask me what it was I wanted in a home, not just tell me what had recently been sold in the area or what was available. I was staggered that she actually followed it up and got back to me with the news that she had exactly what I was looking for. She is clearly very motivated and committed to her work and I believe her personal approach is what makes her an exceptional agent. Thanks to Susan I now have a lovely new home.
