A pleasure

I was the buyer, not the vendor. I was a very nervous first home buyer. Both Mohammed, and his colleague Ali, stood out from other agents in their authenticity. Mohammed was able to instantly establish rapport and trust, was always available to reassure me when I had second thoughts, and he was patient, trusting in the outcome. So, he did not lose me as a buyer. During a time of negative growth in property sales for the area, he and Ali were able to secure a sale at a good price, in a timely manner for the vendor, despite my extreme nervousness. Mohammed had spot on market knowledge and excellent people skills to secure and maintain me as a buyer. Mohammed was always available to answer my questions and show me through the property as many times and as conveniently as I required. He never lost patience and was always genuine and reassuring.
