Recently I entrusted Ben Pike, director of Pulse Property Agents, with the responsibility of selling my home. One of the main reasons why I chose Pulse was because they are relatively new, reflecting their confidence in launching a quality service that could offer increased choice. As a new and upcoming Agent, I felt that in branding their reputation, I would get the best of service and attention to the sale of my property. I was not disappointed. As our association progressed, I realised that the mark of a truly good agent becomes evident when things don’t go exactly to plan. Such was the case with the sale of my home when I unexpectedly lost the opportunity to buy on two occasions and then had to delay selling. This resulted in a significant amount of extra work for Ben in communicating with me as a seller and also with potential buyers.
