Got a great result in a shifting market - Thank you Lucas Pratt and Pulse Property

We selected Lucas and his team at Pulse Property to Market and Sell our family home in Como NSW. I initially interviewed 3 local agents and selected Lucas because of his track record, experience and he explained to us how he was going to achieve the best possible result in the current market. After signing with Lucas things moved quickly, but we were kept informed on everything. The day of the photography , Lucas arrived at the appointed time with a team of 5 and everyone knew their job and went about their business with confidence. The open houses and private viewings were run with the same precision. After every open house or viewing we had a conversation with Lucas and this was followed up with a written report. We were kept up to date on all the potential purchasers , what their feelings were on the property and price guide ( both good & not so good ). Prior to auction day we met with Lucas and discussed the latest on the potential purchasers and how Lucas thought the auction would evolve. We took Lucas advice on setting the reserve, as it was within our expectation and he turned out to be 100% correct.
