Buyers in Gymea Bay

We recently purchased our new property from Ben at Pulse Property. Ben provided us with a realistic price guide for the property which was refreshing given our experiences with other agencies. SELLING IN A DIFFICULT MARKET

We had paid a deposit on a house which Ben was selling for his Client, and then put our house on the market with Ben. It was known that this is not the ideal procedure. Ben was fully aware of the situation, and gave his assurance that he and Adam would give the sale of our home their utmost attention. At all times they presented a positive attitude, and their confident outlook kept us positive through what could only be described as " a stressful time". Our house was sold in just over 3 weeks, for a very satisfactory amount , considering the market was dropping at that time. At all times Ben was available to discuss how the proposed sale was progressing, and his positive approach at all times was justified when finality was achieved. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to any prospective buyers or sellers.
