Thoroughly competent and professional.

The best thing I did was to work out pretty early on that Steph is extremely astute and knows her business thoroughly. Hence, I didn't 'do it my way' and trusted in her expertise and followed her advice along the way. It made a significant difference to the outcome. I initially chose Steph because of her market expertise in the inner South and her track record of getting results. I subsequently learnt she works hard for her clients, is extremely honest in her dealings, has great intuition, and is a stickler for detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her.
