Proactive, organized, communicative and a good result in a tough market.

We researched, visited and interviewed a few agents prior to selling. Through the sales process, Steph continued to communicate frequently to provide updates, plus genuinely appeared to go above and beyond in her approach to both scheduled and unscheduled inspections. In the end, proof was in the result. While many other similar apartments that came to the market before or around the time of ours are still for sale (or withdrawn/removed), ours sold in a couple of weeks.
