Good communication and professional

Steph was very professional and a good communicator, which made what is a challenging process more comfortable to deal with. She was quick to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions or advice. She had good trades people to help with touch ups at the property before sale which was very helpful as we were from out of town selling our fathers property. I think she had sound market knowledge but like many areas was taken by surprise by the effects of the global uncertainty would have on the real estate market. This made it difficult to gauge an accurate sales figure. All dealings with Steph and Purcell were efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Professional and responsive

When we started to explore how to go about selling our property we researched and interviewed three different companies in Canberra who appeared to frequently sell properties in our area. Steph Hoss was very easy and warm to deal with as a seller, and I was confident that this would be well received by potential buyers. She was able to give us good advice with regard to preparing the house for sale, and was responsive to all our questions through the display period. She provided timely updates on Open House attendances, and good feedback from potential buyers. It was unfortunate that at the end of the day the sale-price did not come near even the lower-end advised sale price, but perhaps wider world events were against us.
