Professional through the buying process and clear communicator. I particularly liked the fact Nick set clear expectations from the start of the negotiation process and stuck to this until the offer was approved. Nick also organised assistance from others at his agency with all engagements leading up to exchange of contracts and delivery of keys. Overall, a pleasure to work with Nick and recommend others engage the agency. Made a stressful process certainly feel less stressful.
