All upside

Nick and team proved to be an excellent choice to sell our 2 bedroom apartment. In the run up to the sale they largely took care of any and all preparation (we live remotely), including getting the apartment painted and organising staging furniture. Most importantly Nick managed the sales process (not auction) expeditiously, and managed to achieve a result that significantly exceeded our expectations. All of this he and the team did with a positive attitude and keen responsiveness. I would not hesitate to use him again.
