CHECK ENTERY REPORT PROPERLY
Staff are friendly, don’t always reply back to emails. Entry report was marked clean on everything and not done properly. Real Estate did not mark any of the marks, thick dust on the entry report. When I asked for the things to be cleaned they didn’t give the cleaning the amount of time to clean to the real Estate standard which meant I had to go around and take more photos. A lot of my time wasted due to the entry report not being done properly. Please check your entry report properly and take photos, email before and after photo to Real Estate. Videos can’t be used if you have any issues on exiting the property.
