Excellent communication

We initially applied for a different property but weren’t successful, so I called Q Realty to see if there was anything we could improve in our application. The first staff member I spoke with was really friendly and helpful, even though she couldn’t directly assist. She connected me with another team member who actually took the time to review our application and reassure us that everything was fine it was just bad timing. She also sent through a list of other properties we could apply for, which was really appreciated. We ended up being accepted for properties through both Q Realty and another agency, but after a negative experience elsewhere, we felt much more comfortable going with Q Realty. Communication has been great the whole way through and they’ve always been quick to respond, very easy to deal with, even after we secured the property.
