Very good agency

QRealty is a very good property management company. They take care of both owners while still treating their tenants with respect. Maintenance requests are seen to promptly and they will negotiate on rent increases. The only negative is that there is a rent increase at every opportunity and rate cuts aren't passed on to tenants.
