Friendly team with great insight into the market.

Que was very helpful early on and gave us plenty of advice before we had even officially signed with them, which we really appreciated. During the campaign they kept us updated on the serious buyers and their situations so we always knew where things stood. As first-time sellers this made the process much less stressful than expected. They brought through strong buyers and handled negotiations well, achieving our target price. There were a couple minor admin/typo hiccups along the way, but these were fixed quickly and didn’t affect the outcome. Marketing was solid considering we didn’t stage the property, and overall the process felt smooth. The team were friendly and easy to deal with throughout. We’d consider using Q Reality again in the future.
