Positive Experience!

Rebecca is an enthusiastic and respectful agent. She responded to all aspects of the sales process speedily and kept us well informed at all times. Rebecca was clearly mindful of the needs of all concerned, including the tenants in the property being sold.

It's a shame that Rebecca can’t be awarded more than 5 stars!

I have known Rebecca for a number of years now. I first came across her profile on LinkedIn and connected with her upon seeing the passion and commitment she displayed on her professional social media profile. It was plain to see how she would offer the same passion and commitment to her clients and stakeholders when going about her day to day business. Fortunately for me, Rebecca was also my property manager for a brief period where I experienced her 5 star service firsthand. Unfortunately for me however, she then moved on to greener pastures by moving from property management to sales. But I still remained connected with her following her move. When we finally decided to sell our investment property in Cairns, my shortlist of potential real estate agents was extremely short - there was only two names on it with Rebecca being first by a country [or Regional QLD] mile! I very quickly discovered why the distant second was in fact distant, soon after which she dropped off my shortlist altogether! And the only reason she was on my shortlist was due to a 'no sell no pay' arrangement (with 'free' marketing). Back to Rebecca... She kept me informed all along the process. And not just before we committed to selling our property with her. Even during weekly opens for inspection, we would have more than one chat to jointly lay out a plan of attack for the week in question. Then fast forward to when we had a potential offer, through to when the offer was signed [albeit with a very strange/unusual condition] and finally through to settlement, Rebecca kept us fully informed and continued to keep in constant touch. I wish Rebecca continued success and know for certain that she will achieve many milestones and lots more success in future. My only wishes are that: 1. I could sell all our investment properties with Rebecca; 2. Rebecca, keep doing what you're doing; and 3. Most importantly, NEVER CHANGE :-).
