Fast Sale, Good Price, Good Service

Jan came to us highly recommended by people who had worked with her before and the experience did not disappoint. Jan's straight up, honest approach was much appreciated. No false promises or unrealistic expectations were raised. She was able to set a good price point for the sale of our apartment that attracted just enough interest and traffic at the open houses to find serious buyers and when not one, but two sales fell through for various reasons out of our control, Jan had buyer number three in the waiting room. We've enjoyed working with Jan and should we have any other properties to buy or sell, we would certainly reach out to her again.
