Excellent suburb knowledge and fair negotiation

Hannah was lovely to deal with. The passion that she has for her work is evident as she is always available and eager to assist. She is extremely knowledgeable, and pointed out many positives and attributes of the suburb which we - and I believe other agents whom we had dealt with- were unaware of. She negotiated fairly and worked for both us and the seller to achieve the best outcome.
