Best agent in Port Douglas

It's hard to know what agent to choose. Reputation, company brand etc. So we decided to invite 3 agents to inspect our property and suggest a sales strategy. Amanda from Sotheby's was by far the best presentation. Out of the 3 agents, she was the only one who came prepared with comparisons of recent sales. Her computer/sales skills were outstanding and our son confirmed how good she was when they worked together. Amanda achieved a sales above our asking price which almost covered her commission. In the end Amanda sold to an interstate buyer bu video conferencing. So glad we chose her.
