Great communication and ability to compromise.

As a shift worker I was struggling to arrange inspections as they were often pre-arranged for times I was on shift, after reaching out to Paula she emailed back quickly and super willing to accommodate my needs. This for me really stood her out from everyone as an amazing agent and I greatly appreciated her for that. Furthermore she had a super comfortable and engaging attitude while at the inspection as well as being very informative which me feel very comfortable dealing with her.

Paula is an outstanding agent and strong supporter through the process.

I have used Paula to sell three properties recently. She has exceeded my expectations for price and service, and in fact achieved record results for the property types in their areas on each of the three occasions. Paula works very hard to understand the market she is working in, the history of sales in the area, and the relative pros/cons of competition properties plus recent sales. She sets expectations based on her deep knowledge of the property market and how it works, and then works with you to reach the best outcome possible. She does all of this with a smile on her face and constant and excellent communication. She is available at all times to work through issues, and seemingly builds strong relationships with interested parties. Note the three properties were all over Melbourne and nowhere near each other - this didn't seem to phase her, nor diminish her ability to understand the market dynamics of the three individual properties.
