Victoria has been our Property Manager for a number for years and has at all times been helpful and easy to communicate with. I believe she has demonstrated a fair and balanced view from both the landlords and tenants view. This can be a delicate balancing act which Victoria did by being honest and upfront with what ever the situation was.
